Job Description

  • Preparing training course document;
  • Act as point of contact for vendors and participant (e.g.: answering e-mail and phone inquiries on training or exam matters)
  • To prepare the refreshment when required;
  • Ensure Training / Exam room clean & sanitize after use;
  • To assist and monitoring the participants in taking the examination;
  • To ensure that all equipment and accessories for training is well maintain
  • Make sure Pearson Vue server run every morning and before Office closure;
  • Assisting Sales department in Tender preparation;
  • Ensure Office cleanliness;
  • Update and monitor stationary & pantry items;
  • Adhoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • Fresh or at least one year experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge in computer repairing & technical skills – handle computer hardware & software added advantages;
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking with tight deadline;
  • Good teamwork and efficient;
  • Good communication skills with internal and external customers;
  • Able to communicate and writing in BM and English;
  • Have positive attitude.

Internship Duration: DEPENDS

Monthly Allowance: > RM500
