Job Description

▪ Assist the secretarial team in all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions
▪ Preparing and arranging for lodgment of statutory documents
▪Maintaining of statutory books, registers and secretarial records of the companies
▪ Assist in the preparation of minutes and to maintain proper filling system
▪ Preparation of payroll related documents
▪ Issuance of invoices and follow up on payments
▪ Liaison with government agencies, banks, vendors and clients
▪Undertake ad-hoc assignments or administrative task as require by management from time to time

▪ language skill required : English, Mandarin, Malay
▪ computer literate
▪ Malaysian only
