Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and write contents for marketing material for upcoming property management services
  • Communicate with clients and potential leads
  • Assist General Manager and directors in overseeing day to day project operation
  • Keep track of the project progress and report to superior
  • Liaise closely with our professional panels such as Architect, Lawyer, Accountant and Contractor to complete the property development project 
  • Analyse, prepare documentation for government submission, contractor claims and work progress, and other related project and administrative works.
  • Other ad-hoc assignment by the general manager

Job Requirements:

  • Passion and interest in property development and property management industry
  • Any degree is welcome however related diploma/degree will be prioritized 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Skilled in designing software (Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape or etc)
  • Skilled in designing marketing material and content writing
  • Possess good communication and team working skill
  • Good adaptability and flexibility as our field of work is very dynamic
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English
  • Able to travel and possess own transportation

Working hours and packages:

  • 5 working days per week
  • Salary ranging from Rm500 to RM1,000 depending on individual qualifications and skill sets
  • Site Allowance and travel expenses claims 
  • Permanent employment offer depending on work performance 

Internship Duration: 3 months

Monthly Allowance: > RM500
