We are seeking a new Technical Support student to join our company.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
- Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
- Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.
- Manage internal/external application upgrades.
- Manage external vendor’s relationships and services.
- Complete all assigned tasks within given time frame, task includes on-site and off-site mechanical and electrical & Software/Hardware work. Especially, during critical time, e.g. deployment period, able to work and response even after Service Operation hours and/or weekend and public holiday whenever required.
- Must be fast responding to support and attending to the case after call, email or instruction received.
- Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.
- Working closely with either internal technical/software team or external clients/user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved.
Monthly Allowance: > RM500
