Requirements
- Able to join immediately or short notice
- Fluent in written and spoken in Mandarin OR Bahasa Malaysia AND English
- Knowledge in key social media tools (e.g Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Passionate team player with a strong drive for challenge
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Responsibility
- Using social media to attract customers
- Managing customer referrals
- Ensuring customer satisfaction from managing their enquiries
- Play a supporting role for the team with handling some operation tasks
- Undertake ad hoc projects/duties from time to time
