Responsibility
Currently, we are offering internship for undergraduates who are seeking to gain real work life experiences as we have experts from various department to guide and coach you during your internship period with us.
 
During the attachment period with us you will learn the following and more:

  • To assist in answer inbound calls, emails, and social networks & assist customers or merchants request.
  • To assist in engaging customer or merchant’s in creating interest toward our company platforms. 
  • To assist in attending to outbound calles to new & existing merchant’s in order to assis t on issue and clarification. 
  • To assist in conduting analysis on e-commerce transaction.
  • To assist in clerical & administrative task of customer service department eg. paperwork on returns, refund, and replacements order problems.
