During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

  1. Guided by our top chefs in kitchen operations management.
  2. Understanding the full operational structure of a restaurant.
  3. Different culinary cuisines such as Asian, Western.


  1. Meal will be provided
  2. Monthly allowance will be given
  3. Hostel will be provided to whom needed.
  4. Oppurtinity to be converted to full-time.


  1. Applicant must possess or currently pursuing at least a Vocational Certificate in Culinary Studies/ Food Beverage or equivalent.
  2. Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekend and public holidays.
  3. Possess strong initiative and positive attitude.
