- Assists Pastry Chef with cakes preparation.
- Developing new idea and recipe for cake
- Maintaining the work area to a clean, hygienic and tidy state at all times.
- Compliance with all recipes according to the menu plan.
- Responsible of the hygiene for the kitchen area as well as the cold storage /storage room according to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
- Joint responsibility for the adherence to safety rules in the kitchen area
