+ Possess minimum Diploma
+ Male or Female.
+ IMPORTANT – Study in areas related to Human Resource / Human Resource Management.
+ Can work on weekends.
+ Can work overseas several times a year.
+ Can give a high commitment.
+ Helps manage HR matters including planning, recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
+ Review organizational structure, KPI, SOP, and others.
+ Organize and update employee records.
+ Updating employees database such as employee sick leave records
+ Provide documents such as offer letters, employee appointments, minute meeting, and others
+ Assist in the employee’s salary arrangement by providing relevant employee information (attendance record, sick leave, Overtime (OT) and others.
+ Any other ad-hoc assignments provided by the supervisor.
+ Able to work fast and able to hear and follow instructions.
+ Allowance RM500
+ Attendance allowance provided
