This internship programme will provide successful interns with the opportunity to work
together with the growth & marketing team of a flourishing start-up to ensure growth &
awareness for the company.
OYO network is primed for expansion across all its verticals of SMART, SWS and Townhouse.
It requires a Growth Marketing intern to drive Growth in terms of direct demand.
We are basically the ones competing for market share against other Online Travel Agents
(OTA). It cannot get more interesting than this.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional team to establish growth strategies to support OYO’s
- Strategise and execute high-impact initiatives aimed at increasing the rate of hotel
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
and YouTube) and drive content creation.
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data
- Experience in fast paced startups or technology companies is a big plus
- Analytical mind with a strategic and creative ability
- Strong communication skills & ability to articulate thoughts & ideas clearly
- Target oriented team leader with a go-getter attitude
- Demonstrates high ethical values
- Understanding of data analysis, forecasting and budgeting methods
