Responsibilities:

  1. To provide support to the Sales and Technical Service teams.
  2. To handle customer enquiries.
  3. To process relevant reports.
  4. To manage general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. Must have a good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
  3. Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
  4. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  5. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  6. Full-Time and Contract (3-6 Months) positions available.
  7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
