– Managing the community platform.
– Answering queries, gather suggestions & feedback and related tasks.
– Maintaining good customer relationship by leading online content generation and community management on various social media platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, etc.
– Monitoring effectiveness of online content and adjust strategies whenever necessary.
– Leading new initiatives and related tasks as assigned by management.
– Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
– Rotating shifts, 24/7. Allowances will be provided for night shift.
