We are currently looking for a self-motivated Admin Operation Intern with a strong interest in Business Management. - Support the Management Team by executing all administrative duties and operational duties.
- Support the team with documentation of processes and programmes
- Liaise with other internal teams (as and when required) to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational duties.
- Support to drive and supervise positive business growth.
- Help to detect wastage and improve efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day business activities.
- Help to liaise and consult with clients, staff, and suppliers.
- Help to improve administration procedures
- Oversee and manage budget activities.
- Harmonize organizational activities.
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed
- Candidate must majoring in Business Admin or any related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be able to prioritize
- Strong aptitude for a day to day business management

- Able to work on Saturdays if needed
- Able to work outstation whenever required by the management.
- Able to work extra hours whenever required by the management
Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months
Monthly Allowance: > RM500
