Duties and responsibilities:
- Attend to customers to office, incoming telephone call and inquiries
- Checking and verifying staff monthly claims and medical certificate.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the management and other department’s needs.
- Act as the point of contract between the executives and internal or external clients.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company’s admin requirement and practices.
- Prepare reports, memos, letter and other documents.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Internship Duration: 3-6
Monthly Allowance: > RM500
