In this job, you will be:

– Coordinating training on a monthly basis – Assist with preparing presentation and meeting materials; maintain filing system, correspondence, and documents, sort and prioritize – Clearly focus on tasks, articulate and present a professional image of the organization whether in-person or on the phone. May need to assist with correspondence which may sometimes require finesse – Coordinate all related training rooms including any catering, audio/videoconference set up. – Will assist in processing participant application – Provide back-up coverage for office administrative staff when needed/requested.
